About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading gloves product manufacturers in the country, they have been committed to enriching the lives of customers by providing a range of high-quality gloves products.

Requirements:

They were using multiple log registers at the factory gate office to register the movement of men, materials, vehicles, and others. Over a period, the traffic at the gate office increased and became tedious work for the security personals to monitor, track, and trace. So, the management proposed to digitize all the registers at the gate office and follow uniformity across all their factories.  

What did Webdots do

After discussing their need with other application developers, they approached us and based on our reply to their need they shortlisted us “Webdots”. 

After an in-depth study of the client’s requirements, we deployed a Webdots Gate Management solution customized for the requirement which includes weigh bridge automation at the gate. After using our gate management software, the users (Factory Security & Employee) found it user-friendly and on the other side, the management was able to view the required data. As they were convinced, we rolled out this application across all their factories in the country.  

After installing the gate management application we monitored the performance of the application and had frequent reviews with the user department at different levels, over a period the management team was impressed with our approach and gave us additional opportunities like automating the existing weighbridge in all their factories and having it integrated with our Gate Management System, later on, they wanted us to develop an app for QC and sampling on the products received at the gate office and later this application was also integrated with the Gate Management System.

Benefits

The entire vehicle entry is automated, and the long queue build-up for entry passes during peak hours was eliminated by installing a Kiosk connected to the Gate Management System. The audit process is now a simple step as everything is on digital.
